We founded Smokey Jay’s BBQ by catering small to mid-sized gatherings for family, friends, and business associates. Since then, we’ve grown from personal events to large-scale corporate catering at venues such as Walt Disney World, Harley-Davidson, Bank of America, Chase Bank, and Boggy Creek Airboat Rides.

A graduate of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Event Management with a minor in Hospitality Management. I bring hands-on industry experience and a strong academic foundation to every project, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for every client.
